what i would do if i won the lottery, ($25 million):

• I would give -
  • $2 million to my sister
  • $2 million to my mom
  • $500K to Landon (because its just going to sit in a trust fund collecting interest for over 10 years
  • $500K to Aureana
  • $200K to Warren & Cathy
  • $100K to my dad, rob, grandma & opa, AK, julie, amal, tony, dan, brad, scott, sean n, sean w, carissa, irina, ruth, neil, stuart, tes, trish, max, bianca and hannah
• buy a house with an indoor, an outdoor pool, and a tennis court
• buy a mazda RX-8
• buy a rolls royce, and get a driver
• buy a mercedes
• go to school and take law, psychology, business, and english
• buy some kind of resort thing-y somewhere nice and warm
• invest the rest
• and spend a lot of time in my resort thing-y

Also, I had such a good time yesterday. Even though I was so tired, and didn't really have the energy. I finished work, then I went to the grocery store and picked up my 'supplies'. We had a really nice dinner (shrimp and scallop pasta). Then it took us from 7:15-9:00 and we made cannelloni. I think making cannelloni is fun. We kind of reinvented the recipe. It was an alright recipe, but not what I wanted. Basically, it was supposed to be a meat roll. So I used ground turkey, red pepper, mushrooms, celery, parmesan, and cottage cheese, and then we covered the top with mozza and a cream sauce. I like cheese. I don't think there should be pasta without some form of cheese. Especially not baked pasta. (This recipe didn't call for any cheese, but it was wrong). We will eat it today at lunch, and I think we will love it.
