1. What's the most daring thing you've ever done? I've never done any thrill sport type of deal, mind you, but I would have to say that I tend to live life on the wild side for the most part aside from that. Yes, its true, I keep all of my receipts and alphabetize most of my filing at home... but when it comes down to spontaneity, I have that down pat. I would have to say that deciding to move across the country at 4am, handing in a letter of resignation the next day and getting in my car (packed to the hilt) 2 weeks later with no where to go, and no one to see was the most daring thing. Or so I'm told, because everyone thinks that was crazy.
2. What one thing would you like to try that your mother/friend/significant other would never approve of? Ha. That's humerous. I do most things that my mother, significant other and friends disapprove of if I so desire. Mostly because I think people can be overly conservative or big fraidy cats for no good reason. If there truly is a good reason for the disapproval, chances are I'm not harbouring any secret desire to do it. But let me think... mmm nope. The only thing that might qualify is that I kind of want a tattoo. The reason why I haven't gotten one yet is that I also sort of disapprove. Can't decide if I want to make that long of a committment.
3. On a scale of 1-10, what's your risk factor? (1=never take risks, 10=it's a lifestyle) I would say 9 and 1/4. Its virtually a lifestyle, I pretty much follow through with most notions that pop into my head after what may be brief or extended, though usually adequate, consideration of risks involved. Hey, sometimes I'm wrong, but most times the aftershock is none to extremely minimal. Its like this saying, "Don't waste time worrying, because the real problems in your life are apt to blindside you." I completely believe in that philosophy. Any problem or risk that you could come up with to calculate is more then likely worth taking. Because the real issues are going to be things you have no control over and couldn't possibly foresee.
4. What's the best thing that's ever happened to you as a result of being bold/risky? Hmm. Good one. I probably don't consciously know, I would think. Being bold and taking risks to me means not slinking off in the background, or not crossing to the other side of the street at night, or talking to strangers, or moving across the country, just every day things like that. Maybe the best thing that happened to me was my boyfriend, because I went against my first instinct. Maybe that's a bad thing. Who really knows what is good or bad in their life until the whole thing plays out and they're dead? Right? One thing leads to another?
5. ... and what's the worst? See, this one is much easier. I can't say the worst (again, won't know till i'm dead)... but bad things? How about getting arrested for being in a stolen car, or going to view a house that some freaky s&m weirdo was showing for ulterior purposes? Or lending people money that I've never gotten back? I've never broken any bones, or lost any limbs though. So all in all, fair gamble.
